Dave Haramis has been Head Chef at Haynes International Motor Museum for 13 years. Catering at the Museum is second to none; using local produce, freshly cooked, with menus to suit all type of functions; from canapés to wedding breakfasts and gala dinners to meeting lunches, Dave and his team pride themselves on delivering simply stunning and delicious food.
Dave left his home in Glastonbury at 16 to attend a Nautical Catering College in Graves End and trained as a chef in the Merchant Navy for 22 years. Dave has always worked in catering, from running his own local pub business as a Chef to running The Food Factory at Clarks Village for 7 years.
